Meghraj Express is seeking a highly motivated Major Account Manager to aggressively accelerate the revenue contribution from corporate by leveraging his/her existing client network and/or by creating a network in the market that would enable in customer acquisition and thereby contributing to the revenues.

The role is pivotal in terms of accelerating the growth of the business in the specified region and business vertical through the meticulous prospecting of leads and converting into sales closures.The role will be required to liaise closely the backend teams to ensure complete coherence of effort (both strategic and operational).

The following list elaborates job description & responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Courier / Cargo /Warehousing Business Development in Domestic market.

Responsible for Developing the sales call –

  • Mapping the information gatekeepers, influencers and decision makers
  • Understanding the necessity / thirst (problems & implications behind the requirement)
  • Before quoting, mapping the suitability of Meghraj Express basket of products to match customer requirements.
  • Coordinating with the marketing team to shape the proposal to the customer.Understanding the post proposal behavior of the customer and supporting customer accordingly by answering to their queries.
  • Strong follow-ups by coordinating with prospective customers and management.
  • Negotiation with senior management wherever required.
  • Responsible for closing the sales by having win-win handshake from customer.
